How will we recognize our driver at the airport?
For Curbside Meet and Greet:
Your Smith Transportation chauffer would be stationed at the Limo Stand area (Blue Zone) closest to your assigned arrival gate, holding a sign with the Smith Transportation company logo and the client’s personal name or the client’s company name.
For Baggage Meet and Greet:
Your Smith Transportation chauffeur will meet the client inside the Baggage Claim area assigned to your flight holding a sign with the Smith Transportation company logo and the client’s personal name or the client’s company name.
I'm planning to reserve your service for one of my clients. How do I make the payment?
You may provide your company’s payment information by phone (214-951-0600). We accept all major credit cards.
You may also prepay with a company or personal check. Please send the check at least 10 days before the date of service.
We are wholesalers. Can we get special airport transfer rates for all our clients?
Yes, we have several wholesalers who take advantage of our group rates. Please inquire by e-mail ([email protected]) and we will be glad to give you the most competitive rate according to your volume.
What if we can't find our driver at the airport or hotel?
